Role Summary:
Were seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team in Bangalore helping shape the future of Identity Security and Governance with Zluri. In this role youll create intuitive product experiences while working closely with Product Engineering and cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and delightful product experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery working closely with product managers engineers and stakeholders to explore discover craft and develop and deliver world-class user experiences.
Lead user research initiatives including customer interviews usability testing and validation sessions.
Develop and maintain design systems UI components and interaction guidelines for consistency across the platform.
Create engaging visual designs animations and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience.
Stay updated with design trends best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and stakeholders to align on design goals and priorities.
Qualification and Experience
Experience: 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products or enterprise applications.
Key Skills:
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven experience designing SaaS or enterprise products with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process including user interviews prototype discovery design theory applications interactive design and showcasing mastery in design thinking.
Proficiency in Figma Sketch Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools (e.g. Framer InVision).
Experience with design systems component libraries and responsive design.
Familiarity with HTML CSS and front-end development concepts (not mandatory but a plus).
Experience working in agile teams and fast-paced product environments
