Job Description

Purpose of Role
This is a senior role responsible for attracting and driving student enrolments to meetambitious targets building relationships with prospective families and collaborating with allstakeholders involved in the admissions role will oversee lead conversion(generated by our marketing team) to is a role for someone who is a naturalleader performance-driven and comfortable with using data strategically.
The Head of Admissions reports into the Head of the School and has a functionalreporting to the Regional Head of Head of Admissions is a member of the School Senior Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and enrolment management:
- Advise prospective parents & stakeholders on our value proposition (profileprogramme fee structure and all services provided) across all sales channels.
- Primary responsibility of implementing the Schools Admissions process including thenurturing of the sales funnel (at all stages) guaranteeing the best family experiencejourney customer service negotiation and objection handling commercial scriptsand parent communications.
- Make the adequate follow-up to all potential leads to warm the prospective sales(through school tours and meetings) and convert them into new enrolments.
- Create organise and deploy innovative open days and recruitment events (virtual andpresential) as well as admissions meetings while displaying an excellent customerexperience service.
- Support the School responsible in carrying out assessment of prospective studentsper the admissions policy.
- Implement all policies and documentation related to student admissions (includingtoolkits templates scholarship programmes) with the support of stakeholdersfollowing ISP guidelines to ensure consistency in admissions standards andprocesses.
- Monitor and develop lead generation activities work with the ISP Heads of Marketingand Admissions to ensure admissions targets are met.
- Work with the Head of School and SLT to develop appropriate programmes andcampaigns such as referral schemes scholarships or working with feeder schools.
- Regularly review and develop admissions documents parent communicationplatforms and templates and marketing collaterals to ensure accurate informationand best practice.
- Ensure that the school implements ISP customer service and customer experiencestandards and conducts regular trainings and refresher trainings for all admissionsteam front facing staff.

Networking & building relationships:
- Develop and nurture mutually beneficial relationships with feeder schools nurseriesuniversities local businesses government entities education agents and otherorganisations to maximize student recruitment and retention at the school.
- Support the Head of School with participation in relevant national and regionalconferences events and competitions to raise the profile of the school students andfaculty.
- Work with parent-facing administrative staff closely to ensure an outstandingcoordination among all internal stakeholders involved in the process and that firstimpressions of the school are excellent leading to positive visitor experience.
- Advise on effective continued support and communication to new families afterstudents enrol at the school - after sales care.
- Ensure that a customer loyalty programme is in place and aligned with the customerloyalty programme created for the region.

Enrolment targets & data management:
- Work closely with the school leadership team to establish recruitment and retentiontargets: by analysing the demand appetite enrolment data and identification of trends.
- Lead and prepare comprehensive reports based on data analysis and providerecommendations for adjustments to recruitment tactics customer excellence andoperational efficiency.
- Maintain the CRM system by ensuring it is up to date accurate and effectively utilisedfor tracking and managing student prospective information.
- Take ownership for agreed retention targets.
- Ensure school has clear retention data and targets to work towards.
- Ensure school meet retention targets by developing and implementing a structuredand personalised approach to retaining existing families based on gathering theappropriate information and early identification of at-risk families with a clearlythought-out action at the school.

Teams coordination & management:
The Head of Admissions is responsible for leading and coordinating theadmissions team ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operationalefficiency. This includes setting clear goals overseeing daily activities providingguidance and professional development and fostering a high-performanceculture. The role involves streamlining processes optimizing team structure andensuring effective collaboration to drive enrolments and enhance the overalladmissions experience.

Skills qualifications and experience
- Bachelors Degree from a relevant field (business administration or similar).
- Preferably multilingual (native English is a must).
- Familiarised with both U.K. and international markets (demographical social andcultural knowledge).
- Demonstrable experience in the commercial service sector (ideally in theeducational sector and the student recruitment enrolment and retention fields butnot a must).
- Strong data management analytical skills and proficiency in technology foraccurately organising analysing admissions data generating reports and ensuringcompliance with data regulations.
- Experienced in managing a CRM system (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred).
- Articulate communicative and able to present information in a concise andprofessional manner.
- Organisation skills: well organized and able to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent skills in Customer Experience.

- Leadership skills: ability to manage self and a team effectively and work in crossfunctional teams.
