  • Salary -Classification - ASO2 - $58709 to $63.154 per annum superannuation
  • Full Time - 2 year contract

Join our Dynamic Team as an Administration Officer

Womens and Childrens Health Network (WCHN) is searching for a Administration Officer to join Child and Family Health Service team during an exciting time of growth and innovation.

As the leading provider of specialist care for children women babies and young people in SA WCHN offers state-of-the-art healthcare and a wide range of community-based services that reach families across the state.

In the role of Administration Officer you will focus on:

  • Commitment to Excellence in Client Service: Consistently provide high-quality customer information and inquiry services to both internal and external clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Optimizing Operational Efficiency: Actively contribute to the seamless operation of services by delivering comprehensive administrative support enabling teams to focus on their core tasks and enhance overall productivity.
  • Proactive Appointment Management: Effectively prioritize and assess appointments by understanding each clients unique requirements ensuring the most efficient use of time and resources for optimal service delivery. Experience with Sunrise EMR would be valuable in this role.
