Overview
The Ophthalmologist Consultant position is a critical role within our organization as it focuses on diagnosing and treating a wide range of eye conditions and diseases. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose conditions.
- Perform ocular surgeries including cataract extraction and glaucoma procedures.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers for multidisciplinary care.
- Consult with patients regarding their ocular health and treatment options.
- Manage post-operative care and monitor recovery progress.
- Train and mentor junior staff and medical trainees.
- Participate in clinical research and contribute to medical literature.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology.

Required Qualifications
- Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology (MS/DNB).
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience.

- Proficiency in a variety of ophthalmic surgical procedures.
- Experience with advanced ophthalmic diagnostic equipment.
- Strong understanding of patient-centered care principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
