Job Description

Fully Remote Chapter Success Manager / AM South Africa Only
Working Hours: Monday to Friday EST
Salary: $1800 $2500 USD/month depending on experience
Contract Type: Independent Contractor

About the Role

We re looking for a Chapter Success Manager / Account Manager who s passionate about education and client service. In this role you ll manage relationships with fellowship chapters working closely with student presidents and faculty advisors to ensure smooth operations and successful program outcomes.

You ll represent a mission-driven organization that empowers future healthcare leaders through transformative fellowships focused on real-world challenges research and innovation.

Your focus Deliver exceptional support guidance and client service ensuring every chapter has what it needs to thrive.

What You ll Be Doing

Chapter & Client Management: Manage 50 university chapters building strong relationships with chapter leaders and faculty advisors and acting as their main point of contact.

Coach & Guide: Support and coach student presidents liaise regularly with faculty advisors and ensure alignment on fellowship goals.

Program Support: Provide guidance on fellowship operations best practices and compliance with program standards.

Student Enrollment Support: Help facilitate student enrollment by coordinating direct response marketing efforts.

Performance Tracking: Monitor chapter engagement track progress and provide reports and recommendations to leadership.

Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align on program goals and continuously improve the student and faculty experience.

Account Growth: Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and expand chapter impact.

What We re Looking For

4 years of experience in account management in education edtech or a related sector (this is a must)
Fluent English (C1 level) with no noticeable accent
Excellent client support and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
Highly organized detail-oriented and reliable
Ability to manage multiple chapters efficiently and independently
Passion for education and supporting student success
