About this job
iCrossing is seeking a Sr. Project Manager with a proven record of accomplishment in leading delivering and managing complex digital solutions for our clients spanning strategy analytics design technology development and media. This role will support some of our larger accounts with a focus on Technical SEO and AI-driven Content Development.
Candidate should have the ability to manage all aspects of a project from scope/discovery estimation execution development/deployment to project close.
Additionally the ideal candidate will have a solid background in adapting Iterative and Agile methodologies especially the management of multiple and simultaneous projects and workstreams. He or she should have significant experience in client relationship management strong team leadership and complex delivery management with both internal and external full-time role requires 2 days per week in the office.
What youll do
- Manage project workstreams through the full development lifecycle while serving as the primary communication point with clients other creative and technology partners
- Experience with Agile ways of working within a Scrum framework for project delivery
- Responsible for tracking sprint progress and managing program backlogs. Work in a dynamic environment with onshore and offshore development teams
- Understand projects and communicate tasks and blockers
- Manage project budgets against variances in profitability burn and operational efficiency.
- Maintain project plans resource assignments and other project related documents and publish to appropriate stakeholders including regular updates to iCrossings resource planning system.
- Build dynamic partnerships across iCrossing practices and client teams to best support program goals and evolve delivery approach to stay in alignment with client business needs
- Develop and sustain relationships with client stakeholder external agency partners project owners and client management leadership
- Partner with account leads to manage account health and setup business for continued and future success
- Provide project management and leadership to large project teams
- Interact with senior and executive level management (as needed) regarding project expected business outcome contract/ engagement administration (SOWs Change Orders etc.)
- Enforce delivery excellence and compliance while managing the quality and timeliness in order to deliver on time within budget meet revenue / margin targets and meet contractual obligations
- Identify risk and develop plans for risk mitigation
- Use and improve standard delivery methodology for delivering program goals (e.g. agile waterfall iterative) while effectively using program management tools technology management tools knowledge repositories and team collaboration systems (Smartsheets Asana Jira Confluence MSFT Teams Airtable etc.)
- Participate in and be a core contributor to iCrossing community
Who you are
- 5 years of Digital Agency or Digital Consultancy experience
- 5 years of experience in program/project/team management
- Experience using program management tools technology management tools knowledge repositories and team collaboration systems (Smartsheets Asana Jira Confluence MSFT Teams Airtableetc.)
- Possess strong client project management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple work-streams (projects) effectively and efficiently
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to interact manage and influence key stakeholders
- Possess an understanding of financial budget and vendor contract management
- Ability to scope out and estimate various digital marketing projects
- Understanding of business requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ability to understand and oversee creative processes
- Strong verbal written and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business needs and priorities.
- Have a positive can do attitude with a focus on the success of the team over individual successes.

For Chicago the estimated salary range for this position is between $ 97000 and $123000. For New York Citythe estimated salary range for this position is between $ 107000and $ range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
