About the Quality Assurance Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality processes and help ensure client satisfaction and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized has a strong understanding of standard operating procedures and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all print and mail tasks are executed in compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Reprint and process damaged packages to ensure timely and accurate delivery to clients
Perform random quality inspections on printed and packaged materials to verify compliance with quality standards.
Maintain and verify the balance check log ensuring all printed checks are accounted for and documented appropriately.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and client service-level agreements.
Report and document any errors discrepancies or equipment issues promptly.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be able to work overtime as required.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Coachable with a willingness to learn grow and acquire new skills.
Basic computer literacy; ability to use Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Previous experience in a production or quality environment preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience in print and mail production environments preferred.
Knowledge of Print Operations Quality Compliance standards.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Working knowledge of production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
Solid math skills.
Working Relationships:
Reports directly to the Quality Supervisor.
Works cross-functionally with all levels of production and operational staff.

For this position actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $26600-33250
