Licensing Coordinator Dickies
What will you do
A day in the life of a Licensing Coordinator at Dickies looks a little like this.
The Licensing Coordinator will support the Senior Manager of Licensing within the Global Product Team. This role involves assisting in the development and execution of the companys licensing strategy managing administrative tasks and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The Licensing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of licensing activities and maintaining strong relationships with licensees.

Assist in the development and implementation of licensing strategies that align with the brands vision and business objectives.
Support the identification and evaluation of new licensing opportunities to expand the brands presence in key markets and product categories.
Coordinate the preparation and execution of licensing agreements ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
Maintain and update licensing databases and line plans ensuring all information is current and accessible.
Provide administrative support to the Senior Manager of Licensing including scheduling meetings preparing reports and managing correspondence.
Assist in managing relationships with existing licensees providing support and guidance to ensure compliance with brand standards and contractual obligations.
Collaborate with marketing legal compliance supply chain and product development teams to support cohesive and successful licensing initiatives.
Monitor and analyze the performance of licensed products prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of industry developments and identify new opportunities for growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners including licensees retailers and industry associations.
What do you need to succeed

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and licensing management software
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Creative mindset with the ability to support innovation in product offerings
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
2 years of experience in licensing business development or a related field preferably in the apparel or consumer goods industry

$57888.00 USD - $72360.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
