Job Description

Site Location: Greenville SC FLSA Classification: Exempt

Reports To: Vice President of Operations Date: May 2025


Position Summary


The Analytics Supervisor will lead the organizations data strategy overseeing the collection analysis and interpretation of complex data to drive informed decision-making and strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-performing analytics team developing scalable data infrastructure and collaborating cross-functionally with key business units to translate data insights into actionable outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in analytics data visualization and business intelligence capable of aligning data initiatives with organizational goals to foster growth efficiency and innovation.


Position Responsibilities-Essential


Strategic Leadership

  • Define and drive the companys analytics roadmap in alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to executives and business leaders by providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data to improve operations customer experience and revenue growth.

Team & Project Management

  • Lead mentor and develop a growing team of analysts and data specialists.
  • Oversee cross-functional analytics initiatives ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery.
  • Establish and manage prioritization frameworks for analytics projects.

Data Infrastructure & Tools

  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to improve data architecture pipelines and accessibility.
  • Evaluate and implement BI tools and analytics platforms to support organizational scale.
  • Ensure data governance accuracy and security across systems.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reporting systems to track KPIs and business performance.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on customer behavior product usage operations efficiency and financial metrics.
  • Lead experimentation efforts (e.g. A/B testing causal inference) to guide product and marketing strategy.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing Finance Sales and Operations teams to understand needs and deliver insights.
  • Present findings to executive leadership with clear narratives supported by data visualizations.
  • Advocate for data literacy and self-service analytics tools across the organization.

Other

  • Lead and develop a team of analysts by setting clear performance expectations and coaching your team members for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking with scenario modeling to inform business decisions for inventory planning cash flow and fulfillment operations.
  • Diving deep into planning models to identify risks and opportunities for product line supply and demand health and resolving constraints by negotiating across demand and supply owners.
  • Serve as the point person for escalation of all related analytic related issues with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of reporting tools and dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities to invent and simplify processes identify business risks and implement resolutions and scalable mechanisms to ensure we have the right product at the right price at the right time.

Essential Skills and Experience


  • Bachelors Degree in Business Supply Chain or related field; MBA or other Masters Degree preferred
  • 10 years of Supply Chain Demand Planning Fulfillment or related experience
  • 5-7 years experience leading and developing teams
  • Extensive experience with multi-site global high technology Business to Business (B2B) planning.
  • Experience with NAV
  • Proven ability to define expectations in ambiguity and influence change at all levels within an organization and with external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills tailored for all audiences
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other technical employees and business stakeholders
  • Very strong statistical & analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of how key data metrics impact financial goals and health of the organization

Beneficial Skills and Experience


  • Reporting to Sr. Directors or C-Level Management
  • ASCM - Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
