Job Description

Beginning with the 2025-2026 school year

MULTI-TIERED SYSTEM OF SUPPORT (MTSS) COORDINATOR

Greely HighSchool

Qualifications: A valid Maine Department of Education teaching certificate with the proper endorsement is required (282 - Special Education (7-12) or 092 - Literacy Specialist is preferred). Other certifications considered.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of research-based instructional practices
  • Extensive knowledge of the MTSS process and how to support colleagues implementing interventions in the classroom
  • Ability to build strong student relationships and provide small group and individual academic support
  • Experience in planning or providing professional development for educators
  • Experience providing interventions including progress monitoring and documentation
  • Extensive knowledge of curriculum standards assessment and data analysis
  • Ability to developa plan and implement a school wide MTSS structure
