The Learning Delivery Coordinator position will provide administrative support and work together with the Global Learning and Development Team. This role will support the global team responsible for creating organizing delivering and evaluating high quality training programs and training events for our Consultant Support Professional (SP) and Partner populations. The role will have global responsibilities and will work seamlessly with global L&D team members to support high-impact global training programs.
This role will be based in Warsaw and will be part of the L&D function. As this role provides administrative support for a global team the individual in the role will need to be a self-starter who can operate without close supervision. They must be a team player will require excellent communication skills strong analytical and Excel skills. They must be comfortable working within a virtual team environment. The role also requires a high degree of organization significant attention to detail and a strong customer service orientation.
Oliver Wyman is a fast paced environment that requires fluency in English.
Working hours will be 8 hours per day.
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Toolkit organization and producing
- Responsible for coordinating virtual and in-person programs
- Maintain and monitor attendee lists and ensure it is accurate at all times.
- Track and handle cancellations and other important changes to attendance (i.e. late arrivals needs to step out potential cancellations).
- Book hotels for trainings and ensure reasonable budget spending by negotiating rates and cancellation terms as well as tracking and updating hotel rooming list to avoid extra cost.
- Collect pre-work and track its submission. Work with training participants to make sure it is completed on time. Hand over to regional L&D contact on time and in the correct format.
- Assist with arrangements such as catering room bookings and set-up updating security lists transport and restaurant reservations.
- Prepare needed materials for global training sessions i.e. name tags tent cards course agenda packs break-out group lists and any other documents required
- Collect feedback and share it with the regional L&D contact within agreed timeline
- Update global training calendars
- Produce virtual sessions where needed
System Administration
- Administration of Workday assuring timely and accurate updates of training events and records
- Administration of Insights by creating profiles and team wheels in preparation for global toolkits and for ad-hoc requests
- Administration of Qualtrics and feedback surveys
- Support any reporting requests
Experience Required:
- Experience working in a global or virtual environment
- Financial services management consultancy and/or a professional services background is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Strong Excel skills
- Good PowerPoint Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of Career Link Workday Qualtrics Insights Cvent or any other relevant system is a plus
