A bit about the job:
Our friendly team consists of 16 people who are all responsible for a range of demands from effectively completing mid-term changes running training sessions on our online portal to onboarding policies. Your role will ensure members on a corporate company healthcare scheme will have a positive experience whilst becoming a subject matter expert. You will provide an effective pro-active service to all customers ensuring all policy details are updated and managed accurately within agreed service standards and will take ownership for your work whilst problem solving to investigate and resolve often complex will complete demands received from internal and external customers through a variety of channels so you must be confident to communicate with relevant stakeholders across business areas.
Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working).
However we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you so we also offer the option for enhanced 40-hour contract which has an enhanced salary.
Aviva operates a smart-working policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office and this role is based in Sheffield.
