Start Date: 10th July 2025
Schedule: 09:00-17:00 Rotational shifts between Monday and Sunday
Languages Required: Lithuanian & English

Your Mission:
As a Solutions Consultant youll be the voice of some of the worlds most innovative digital products supporting users across Google Play Store gPay Google for Families Books and Movies.
Youll handle:
- Thoughtful and effective communication with users via phone chat and email
- Account-related questions billing clarifications and non-technical troubleshooting
- Delivering a customer-first experience that reflects our commitment to service excellence
What We Offer:
Base Salary: 2800 BGN/month
Training: Fully paid onsite training for 2 weeks to set you up for success

What You Bring:
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
