Job Summary/Purpose
Manages the development and execution of regulatory filings before the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) including transmission and generation certification proceedings base rate and rider proceedings compliance reporting and rulemaking proceedings. Maintains Entergy Texas ongoing relationships with regulatory commissions/authorities. Ensures regulatory strategy and outcomes meet Company objectives. Devises and organizes stakeholder engagement campaigns and strategies to track outreach and build support for regulatory initiatives. Coordinates and conducts the assessment of internal controls to ensure compliance as required by regulatory commissions/authorities. Develops programs and processes to manage customer complaint cases brought to regulatory authorities and develops process improvements to mitigate the occurrence of future complaints. Advances organization positions with internal and external parties. Prepares and sponsors testimony to governmental or regulatory agencies in support of regulatory case filings.
