The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking an Employee Experience Senior Manager to join our team!
This leader will be responsible for designing implementing and optimizing initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience. This position will involve working cross-functionally with HR leadership teams and other departments to ensure our employees have a seamless engaging and fulfilling experience throughout their lifecycle with the company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee engagement culture-building and the continuous improvement of our workplace environment.
The position can be based in any of the following locations: Seattle WA; Everett WA; Renton WA; Tukwila WA; Auburn WA; Long Beach CA; Seal Beach CA; Huntington Beach CA; Portland OR; Huntsville AL; Oklahoma City OK; Jacksonville FL; Chicago IL; Wichita KS; San Antonio TX; Arlington VA; North Charleston SC; Mesa AZ or Berkeley MO.
Position Responsibilities:
Create and implement initiatives to engage employees during critical touchpoints in their journey including performance reviews career development and promotions
Lead and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with the companys values and behaviors
Develop and execute strategies for improving employee morale productivity and satisfaction
Provide actionable recommendations to leadership based on employee feedback and partner with teams to implement changes that improve the employee experience
Ensure that employee feedback loops are open transparent and contribute to the continuous improvement of the work environment
Monitor and analyze employee feedback (through surveys focus groups etc.) to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with leadership to promote a culture of inclusion collaboration and transparency
Foster a culture of continuous learning providing employees with the tools and opportunities to enhance their skills
Create and maintain recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements milestones and contributions
Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) to implement rewards programs that align with company values and employee preferences
Work closely with HR Marketing Information Technology (IT) and other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to the employee experience
Help design and implement initiatives that enhance the workplace creating an environment that supports collaboration well-being and productivity
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5 years of experience in large scale transformation and/or an employee engagement role
1 years of experience leading direct reports
Experience in Human Resources Employee Experience Organizational Development or a related field
Experience leading change initiatives in a large organization
Experience in managing employee engagement programs
Experience developing and implementing long-term strategies that align with organizational goals
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher
Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci ACMP) or related fields
Experience conducting value-stream analysis to map our employee lifecycles and isolate pain points
Experience using strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
