Location: Cameron Park Ca
Schedule: Full-time evenings and weekends required

What Youll Do:
- Oversee daily bar operations including inventory ordering and staff scheduling
- Lead and inspire a team of bartenders and barbacks
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming bar environment
- Develop seasonal cocktail menus and ensure consistent quality
- Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams for seamless service
What Were Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in bar or restaurant management
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset
- Knowledge of spirits cocktails beer and wine
- RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certification preferred
- FHC (Food Handlers Card) Certification required
- SHT (Sexual Harassment Prevention Training) Certificate required
