Key Accountability:-
- Identifying potential clients(Building Materialbrands from different product categories like furniture marble lighting bath tiles home automationwindows doors kitchensetc Manufacturers/Companies)& making compelling concept presentations to them.
- Understanding the clients requirements and developing an appropriate sales strategy for them.
- Creating business proposals & following up with potential clients for closures.
- Networking within the industry with different construction professionals like designers developers business heads of different brands.
- Developing rapport with architects & interiors designers for more business. Negotiating and closing the deal with brands from different product categories like furniture marble lighting bath tiles home automation etc
- Attending various trade fairs like ID Acetech Zak Foid Idac Roofindia and more the industry.
- Representing the Architectural Auxiliary Servicesconsulting firmat Exhibitions.
- Regularly preparing sales reports - sales pipeline closures forecast etc.
