Job Description
The Shri Ram Wonder Years Rohini is seeking a Day Care Teacher to join its family. At The Shri Ram Wonder Years we believe in creating a nurturing safe and joyful environment for young learners. Our day-care program is designed to ensure children feel cared for engaged and secure in a home-like atmosphere after school hours.
The role details are as follows:
Job Title: Day care Teacher
Location: The Shri ram Wonder Years Sector-13 Rohini
Job Type: Full-time (7 hours/day)
Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience: Minimum 1 year in childcare or early years education preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety well-being and emotional comfort of children in your care.
- Supervise and engage children in meaningful play and age-appropriate activities.
- Create a calm organized and cheerful day-care environment.
- Maintain daily records anecdotes and communicate effectively with parents about their childs day.
- Handle minor injuries or illnesses and communicate with the school team and parents as required.
- Follow all school guidelines and support team members during routines and transitions.
- Ensure proper handover of children at dispersal.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass; Early Childhood Care or Day care-related certification preferred.
- At least 1 year of prior experience in a day care or preschool environment.
- Warm patient and responsible nature with a genuine love for working with children.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic understanding of child safety hygiene and behavior management.
