Job Description:
Techchaintalent is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiting Intern to join our team in London UK. As a Recruiting Intern you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and dynamic field of recruitment. This is a 3 - 6 month internship with the potential for a full-time position upon completion.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to attract top talent
- Support the recruitment team in coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates
- Assist in maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide updates on recruitment progress
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on recruitment strategies and processes
- Conduct reference checks and assist in drafting offer letters
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months
