Are you a seasoned Speech Pathologist ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic rural and remote setting As the Clinical Senior Speech Pathologist youll leverage your clinical expertise and leadership skills to drive the development delivery and continuous enhancement of high-quality Speech Pathology services tailored to the unique needs of rural and remote communities.
Working within a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment youll provide expert clinical services and consultancy across the region ensuring the highest professional standards are maintained. As a mentor and clinical supervisor youll guide and support less experienced Speech Pathologists nurturing their growth while playing a key role in the clinical education of both staff and professional students.
In addition to your clinical leadership youll take an active role in the regional LHN Speech Pathology Network collaborating with fellow Clinical Seniors to champion research contribute to evidence-based improvements and lead initiatives that enhance clinical practice. You will also hold a portfolio for RMCLHN where youll have the opportunity to shape service improvements represent the organization on relevant committees and manage key projects.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Speech Pathology youll receive clinical support and supervision while maintaining strong cooperative relationships with allied health leaders local team members and regional stakeholders.
