CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Location: Atlanta GA

Our client a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm is seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join their Chambers-ranked Construction Practice Group in Atlanta. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction attorney interested in negotiating contracts and dispute resolution for some of the largest real estate development projects in the nation.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in Georgia in good standing.
- 34 years of substantive experience in construction infrastructure project development or real estate.
- Transactional background is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and execute multiple complex transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Thrives in a collaborative team setting while also showing initiative and independence.
- Soft Skills: Excellent legal writing negotiation analytical and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent real estate developers in contract negotiationsfor projects including airports sports stadiums hospitals high-rise construction energy infrastructure and related developments.
- Advise clients on dispute resolutionrelated to construction infrastructure project development and real estate issues.
- Provide strategic support throughout all phases of real estate development and construction.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of attorneys on transactional project management and litigation matters for construction projects.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary:$250000 $275000 commensurate with experience.
