About The Role
The primary operating objective of the Investor Relations office is to educate and update investors and security analysts about the company in an accurate manner to achieve a fair relative stock price.
This position will be primarily focused on supporting the Head of Investor relations including liaising with the investor community on the companys strategy and objectives developing written earnings materials technical analysis and presentation materials related to current and upcoming regulatory reporting requirements conducting industry research to analyze facts and statistics related to investor relations activities and maintaining and communicating competitive intelligence.
Responsibilities
Direct and execute the collection analysis and presentation of investors feedback analysts positions and summaries relative stock price movements and periodic ownership analysis
Collaborate with the Communications staff in creating external and internal messages ensuring that all communications are integrated and consistent
Communicate industry competitor and valuation information and perspectives from the investment community to senior management
Work closely with finance team to analyze financial results and compile important statistics and other relevant information for use during the quarterly earnings announcement and conference call and throughout the quarter during regular discussions with investors
Prepare investor materials such as presentations earnings announcements press releases speaker notes Q&A documents and other external and internal communications
Manage requests for external current/prospective shareholder engagement activities including non-deal roadshows in-house meetings and conference appearance
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree required. MBA a plus
10 years of relevant work experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) investor relations equity research or buyside investments preferred; life insurance industry experience highly preferred
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Solid understanding of corporate financials public company accounting statutory accounting regulatory issues and equity markets
Ability to analyze the competitive and economic dynamics affecting the business
Ability to exhibit professionalism and be comfortable around senior management
Position requires a highly motivated and creative individual who thinks strategically and will be able to challenge investor and corporate perception of the factors that impact share valuation
Must be proactive in anticipating needs of senior management and responsive to investor requests; able to perform effectively in fast-paced environment
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $180000 - $220000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors which may include the candidates geographic location skills experience and other qualifications. In addition the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
Work Location
If the position is based in one of Corebridge Financials hub offices which is Houston TX Jersey City NJ. or Woodland Hills CA office the role is subject to our hybrid working policy which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely. However we are open to considering full remote candidates outside of these areas.
