You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Account Manager at Minitab you will be the primary point of contact for prospects and customers within your assigned territoryeither by geography or industry vertical. Youll operate within a collaborative team-based selling environment to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts.
Your responsibilities will include driving revenue through new business development (including new logos upselling cross-selling and services) as well as managing renewals. Success in this role requires building strong customer relationships which will be measured by customer satisfaction referenceability Net Promoter Scores and growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage relationships across assigned accounts
Identify qualify and close new sales opportunities
Drive renewals and expand customer footprint through upsell and cross-sell efforts
Partner with internal teams to deliver value and ensure customer success
Track and improve customer engagement and satisfaction metrics
Qualifications:
23 years of experience in inside sales customer success or business development within the IT industry
Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas or measurable objectives
Background in business intelligence or statistical analytics is a plus
Bachelors degree preferred; Associate or technical college degrees also considered
