Job Description
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial processing/production environment
- Proactive motivated self-starter capable of working with limited supervision
- Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to lead and motivate employees
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to quickly address and resolve equipment and people issues
- Technical training preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Computer skills required
- Experience in Union environment a plus
- Engineering background is a plus
