Job Description

Position Summary: Develops plans and implements the marketing plan for the community and is responsible

for the overall census of the community


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Develops plans and implements the marketing plan for the community.
  • Works with the Executive Director and Department Head to implement programs to enhance value of community to residents.
  • Takes inquiries of community educates inquiries about community preforms follow-up of inquiries resolves any concerns inquiry may have and invites inquiry to move into community.
  • Ensures a model room is always ready for a prospective resident or family member to view.
  • Communicates with staff to prepare for touring a prospective resident.
  • Trains all staff to be able to answer questions a prospective resident/family member may ask.
  • Train staff on how to give a tour.
  • Ensures community is tour ready at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Education and/or Experience:
    • GED with marketing experience preferred.

  • Language Skills:
    • Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations.
    • Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients customers and the general public.

  • Mathematical Skills:
    • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
    • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.



  • Reasoning Ability:
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form.
