You lead with confidence and humility train with intention and cook with curiosity. Above all you understand that exceptional guest experiences begin with strong leadership in the kitchen.
What Youll Do
- Lead and inspire a skilled culinary team while fostering a collaborative and professional kitchen environment
- Develop and execute menus rooted in Mediterranean tradition elevated through innovation and seasonality
- Oversee food costing prep systems recipe documentation and plating standards
- Mentor sous chefs and line cooks creating a strong pipeline of future leaders
- Source top-quality ingredients and keep the menu fresh creative and consistent with the Vidrio identity
- Drive kitchen performance through smart labor management food cost control safety standards and efficiency
- Partner with front-of-house and operations leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Set the tone in the kitchen with positivity high standards and a commitment to excellence
