We are looking for a DevOps engineer to join our team and help us automate optimize and maintain our internal operations. You will be responsible for designing implementing and managing the infrastructure and tools that support our software development and deployment processes. You will also collaborate with other engineers QA and product managers to ensure the quality and delivery of our software products. This is a hybrid position and would require you to work in our Salt Lake City Minneapolis or Dallas office 2-3 days a week.
In this role youll:
- Design implement and maintain internal operations and build pipelines using ADO Powershell Azure Terraform Kubernetes ArgoCD and other tools
- Ensure the reliability scalability and security of our cloud infrastructure and applications
- Automate and optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and incidents in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other engineers QA and product managers to deliver software products that meet customer needs and expectations
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in DevOps and cloud technologies
- Document and share knowledge and best practices with the team
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience in DevOps software development or system administration
- Proficient in ADO Azure Terraform Kubernetes and other DevOps tools and technologies
- Experience with SQL Server and other database technologies
- Experience with Windows Server Active Directory and Linux
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell Bash Python etc.
- Experience with network and security protocols and best practices
- Experience with CI/CD automation testing and monitoring tools and frameworks
- Strong problem-solving troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
