Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the production floor. This role ensures that production goals are met safely efficiently and on schedule while maintaining quality standards and team Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of production team workflow assign tasks and ensure production schedules are safety protocols and ensure a clean organized work and resolve operational issues to improve productivity and coach and evaluate team performance; support continuous with maintenance quality and warehouse teams as reports and maintain accurate production :3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial supervisory leadership and communication to troubleshoot problems and make sound decisions under knowledge of safety regulations and lean manufacturing principles.
