Job Description
Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Helpdesk Analysts (System Support Specialist)
Vibrant Local Business (VLB) LLC is looking for a full time DAI System Helpdesk Junior Analysts to support the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Financial Management Directorate (FMD) DAI System Helpdesk Alexandria Virginia
Location / Place of performance: 4800 Mark Center Dr. Alexandria VA 22350
Start Date: 1 July 2025
Salary: $ 80K annually
Hours of Operation: 07:00-1800 (on-site eight (8)
Requirements:
Must have at least two (2) years of experience utilizing Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system or Oracle eBusiness Suite and Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills. The Helpdesk Analysts will be responsible for providing helpdesk support and training support on a day-to-day basis to Federal agency customers on the DAI system.
Requirements Qualifications:
Technical Support and Help Desk Support Skills
Experience utilization DAI systems or oracle e-Business suite
Bachelors degree
Active Secret Level DoD Security Clearance
Ability to work on site
Education Requirement: A bachelors degree in a management or computer related field plus two (2) year specialized experience with DAI or Oracle.
Additional Requirement: Must have or be able to attain a Secret level DoD Security Clearance
