Overview:
ScareGrounds PDX renowned for creating unforgettable Halloween experiences is seeking a creative and dynamic Attraction Manager to oversee one of our key Haunted Attractions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Halloween event management and providing guests with thrilling and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Halloween attraction ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
- Manage and coordinate staff including cast crew and guest service representatives.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed creating a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Collaborate with the creative team to enhance the attractions theme design and overall guest experience.
- Address and resolve any issues or guest concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide training and guidance to cast members to ensure exceptional performance.
- Work closely with marketing and PR teams to promote the attraction.
- Analyze guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event management particularly in themed attractions or entertainment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for Halloween and themed events.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays during the event season.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic technical knowledge related to event production is a plus.
