As a Operations Project Manager Vice President in the Network Management Data & Analytics team you will be accountable for the timely execution of technology & analytics projects across Network Management. To digitalize and automate the Network Management data function and processes in order to reduce risk enhance controls and increase efficiency resulting in an enhanced service offering.

Job responsibilities

  • Complete end to end delivery of a range of projects. Managing tracking and reporting the project delivery from initiation through scope requirements build testing operational readiness and implementation
  • Define problem statements gather and define requirements data analysis document recommendations andprioritize delivery in partnership with Network Management and Technology teams
  • Partner in cross-functional teams including the Business Technology Operations and Data & Analytics team
  • Manage escalate and mitigate risks issues and dependencies
  • Provide leadership to other business analysts through the project lifecycle providing experience peer review support and guidance

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Strong project management & business analysis skills with track record of consistent execution
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver work of a high standard to tight timelines
  • Proactive business process reengineering experience a tenacity to drive to root cause of issues and the ability to lead efforts to define and implement creative solutions
  • Experience of working as part of an agile development team
  • Ability to define processes and use of data across operational flows
  • Attention to detail with the ability to succinctly communicate requirements
  • Evidence of strong investigative skills problem solving & process re-engineering skills; able to see issues at both a high-level and in detail
  • Ability to interpret issues raised and prioritize to key stakeholders regarding resolution plans and expectations
  • Ability to consistently deliver results with little direct supervision knowing when to seek assistance or escalate
  • Strong team player who can build and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues at all levels and functions in a collaborative manner

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Experience working in a team with other Project Managers and Business Analysts
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry
