Job Description

TO: ALL TEACHING AND ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL BROCKTON PUBLIC SCHOOLSFROM: Dr. Kathleen F. Moran Assistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesSUBJECT: SITE SUPERVISORS FOR THE SMART START EXTENDED DAY PROGRAMContingent upon funding the Smart Start Extended Day Program is seeking SITE SUPERVISORS for the 2025-2026 school year for elementary schools. This is a twelve-month program that may require working on holidays as well as during school and summer vacations. These positions are a job : Degree required; Masters Degree least five years of successful classroom experience written and oral communication skills and strong organizational computer of cash Aid Certification required Care Training experience working in a Smart Start Extended Day Program required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: the program from 7:00 a.m. to the beginning of the school day and from school dismissal to 6:00 p.m. during school days. (7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. during vacation and summer) for scheduling and oversight of staff including the implementation of quality and submit staff payroll using Somroli records and payments with EZ Child Track Management supplies and materials for site to required EEC regulations for funded programs including completion of a required Background Record Check every three years annual completion of EEC Essentials Training Modules and submission of requested staff records to a confidential file in Human duties as assigned by the Director of Community Schools and the Coordinator of Extended Day ProgramsCOMPENSATION: According to Contract FUNDING SOURCE: Community Schools
