Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite in CT

Pay Rate:$19.36 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (No weekends!)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Start Date: Insert Start Date

Overview:

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative where youll be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with program information account inquiries and password resets for an online consumer portal. Were looking for enthusiastic service-minded professionals who enjoy problem-solving and delivering top-notch customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial contact for inquiries from current and potential beneficiaries.
  • Provide one-on-one telephone support to consumers and providers.
  • Assist users with password resets and online access issues.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and forward calls when needed.
  • Deliver clear accurate information aligned with program requirements.
  • Track and log calls identify trends and suggest customer service improvements.
  • Handle complaints according to company policies.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics including call quality and response times.

What Youll Need:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of call center experience
    ORAssociate degree (or higher) without call center experience.
  • Ability to pass a typing test (minimum 30 WPM).
  • Successful completion of a customer service assessment.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems.
  • Patience and empathy when assisting frustrated callers.
