Join our team to support the administration of various executive compensation plans and programs!

As an Executive Compensation Operations Senior Associate within the Executive Compensation team you will support compliance accuracy and efficiency in processes related to granting administering and distributing vested equity awards deferred compensation and/or processing employee stock purchase plans. You will collaborate with team members managers and other operational product and service teams across the global HR function.

Job responsibilities

  • Engage in the administration and activity reporting of Executive Compensation products for senior level employees including stock awards mandatory and voluntary deferred compensation and other grand-fathered non-qualified plans.
  • Support and/or lead the day-to-day operations of the employee stock purchase plan.
  • Collaborate with partners across the organization to ensure compliance with corporate policy and regulatory requirements reporting accurate and efficient transaction processing improving operational efficiency and other activities as required.
  • Support customer service inquiries via research and providing data as necessary.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Basic knowledge of equity awards deferred compensation and employee stock purchase plans.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills

  • Bachelors degree in business administration finance human resources or related field
  • Experience in executive compensation administration preferably within a large corporation
  • Familiarity with global compensation and benefit practices
