Job Description
SUMMIT COUNSELING SERVICES IS EXPANDING THIER PROGRAMS TO INCLUDE A RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT UNIT. Summit Counseling Services has one of the greatest group of professionals and support people. We are expanding our programming and number of sites and expect a significant increase in the services we provide. Our goal is to provide clients with the best possible treatment experience possible.
- Experience with ICANotes EHR preferred
- Billing and Coding in Mental Health services preferred
- Perform posting charges
- Provider credentialling
- Perform completion of claims to payers
- Conduct duties in a professional and timely fashion
- Submit billing data to the appropriate insurance providers
- Process claims
- Resolve denial instances
- Achieve maximum reimbursement for services provided
- Deploy maintain and report on various programs
- Do insurance reviews
- Conduct audits
- Perform agency and provider credentialling
- Prepare client and contractor statements and billings
- Identify and training staffs in appropriate billing codes for services
- Must be flexible able to provide kindness and gentleness to client and staff about questions in their billing and insurance coverage
- Must be familiar with HIPPA and 42 CFR Part 2
- Other duties as assigned
