As a Loan Support Analyst within PNCs Syndication Support organization you will be based in Dallas TX or potential other PNC location.
This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely at managers discretion.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as a Loan Operations Specialist with a focus on syndicated loan processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of syndicated loan structures and related operational workflows.
Responsibilities include accurately entering and maintaining loan data using systems such as SyndTrak CUSIP and ACBS. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing loan documentation and inputting key transaction data with precision and in accordance with established standards and timeliness. This role may also include report generation and analysis of loan related data.
The role involves performing quality control reviews to ensure data integrity across platforms identifying discrepancies and initiating timely resolutions. The candidate will collaborate with internal departments and external agents to ensure the accuracy of data related to trade settlements payment instructions and position reconciliations.
Proficiency in handling confidential financial information a high level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines are essential. Familiarity with syndicated loan lifecycle events-such as drawdowns rollovers repayments and rate resets-is highly desirable.

Job Description
- Executes varied transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. May have responsibility for large complex and sensitive assigned accounts or portfolio.
- Processes and/or reconciles varied and moderately complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications documents or other action items to complete transactions. Identifies and may resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately. May interact with customers and have assigned accounts or portfolio.
- Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
- Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received.
- Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $31000.00 $70850.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location market data and on individual skills experience and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company business and/or individual performance.
