Job Description
AltaOne Federal Credit Union has partnered with Angott Search Group to find a dynamic Chief Lending Officer (CLO). This executive-level position reports directly to the CEO and plays a key role in shaping and executing the credit unions lending strategy across consumer commercial and mortgage portfolios as well as overseeing collections.
The CLO will drive loan growth enhance member experience and ensure regulatory compliance and sound risk management. This role requires residency within AltaOnes service footprint and regular travel throughout the region.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 10 years of lending experience in a financial institution
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance and operational metrics
