Your future team
We are building a team of dedicated Business Master Data Owners/stewards who will drive future ROCKWOOL Master Data requirements as key enabler for ROCKWOOL ERP replacement programme.
As part of the Business Master Data Team you will lead the establishment of the Business Master Data organization future governance and master data management including data performance metrics.
You will collaborate closely with Management across all our locations and functions our Digital department and the Programme Office on deliverables.
Work location will be in Poznan in Poland or Hedehusene in Denmark. You should expect some extent of travel to be part of the job.
What you will be doing:
This is a critical global role for ROCKWOOL ERP replacement programme by ensuring future seamless setup and management of master data values and processes. As Business Master Data Lead you will own global Master Data Management Governance for ROCKWOOL and develop capabilities for oversight and management across.
You act as the critical bridge between Business Processes and business areas ensuring business needs are gathered and translated into data requirements that enable efficiency compliance and risk mitigation.
Establish global Master Data management governance for ROCKWOOL
Understand business processes to facilitate discussions around needed data objects ownership and data requirements on different data levels.
Ensure collaboration with Business process and data owners to define business critical data complete and document data models ensuring clarity on business requirements and ownership.
Ensure definitions and requirements for a Golden record and establish required policies standards and rules with business engagement.
Work closely with system owners to map out integration potential and establish a sustainable integration plan.
Ensure common ways of working across and develop a program-level plan to deliver value ensuring visibility and prioritization of key MDM initiatives and deliverables.
Set KPIs dashboards and data performance reviews to make data quality visible and actionable.
What you bring:
Master degree in Information Management Data Science Business Administration or a related field.
7 years of experience in Master Data Governance management from a large complex and global organizations.
Track record of driving large-scale digital transformations and setting Golden Record business governance.
A strategic mindset with a strong ability to challenge influence and align across functions and seniority levels.
Excellent communication skills stakeholder management leadership skills and the courage to drive decisions not just facilitate them.
Highly proficient in English both written and spoken
