The Catalogue Librarian will play a pivotal role through managing maintaining and being the expert for our client specific library and catalogues.
Working closely with our Regional Account Director and in-market teams you will maintain the structure integrity and effectiveness of the library ensuring the assets are presented with all relevant content and are easily identified and accessible by users.
The POS Library is an integral module within our online client partnership platform. Your role will extend to gaining an in-depth knowledge of the platform and associated modules to provide support to the local and global teams with the build and execution of product catalogues and industry insights and innovation and harmonization sharing as needed.
In this role you will interact with all users (clients and colleagues) and will provide support to enable them to maximise the library through providing training ad-hoc support and generally by being an advocate for the library.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a positive outlook you will be a self-starter who will take operational ownership of the library. You will be comfortable working within a busy team dealing with ambiguity at time but always with a calm and collective approach.
