We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Hafren Dyfrdwy Team as a Community Connector.
This role will be responsible for working with our customers communities and external organisations face to face to deliver our Community and Vulnerability strategy across our region together with providing training/coaching and expert advice to frontline teams on how we can support those who need extra help.
As a Welsh company we are a proud supporter of the Welsh language. As this role involves working closely with our customers schools and other external organisations speaking Welsh is essential for this role.

WHAT YOULL BRING TO THE ROLE
We are looking for a candidate who has confidence when engaging with Stakeholders at all levels across the business and externally together with experience of working in a pressured reactive environment internally and externally with members of the public
Youll need to be able to remain calm under pressure and be able to work autonomously. The successful individual must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Welsh.
Of course its important that we attract the right skill sets and those with the right experience but we value character positivity and a caring attitude in equal weight.
