LOCATION: Television Centre London Hybrid
PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 55000 - 65000 depending on relevant skills knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

This role is advertised as part of our BBC Extend programme for disabled people. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Join the Talent Enablement team within the BBC Studios Talent function and play a critical role in creating Exceptional Accessible and Inclusive Hiring Experiences. As a Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist you will be responsible for all Technology/Systems that is used and owned by the BBC Studios TA team. The tools we use regularly are Success Factors (ATS) Beamery (CRM) Linkedin Recruiter (Sourcing/Marketing) Hirevue (Assessment) and Talent Manager (Marketplace).
