Location: Any Bupa office location (Leeds Salford Quays London Brighton Staines London)
Salary: From 41700 depending on experience
Contract Type: Full Time 37.5 hours (may consider part time) permanent Hybrid working min 1 day a week in the office

Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for shaping policy and driving positive change At Bupa were looking for aPeople Policy Consultantto lead the development and implementation of people policies that reflect best practice support our values and deliver a great experience for our people.
About the Role
As our People Policy Consultant youll be at the heart of our People team leading the creation and evolution of policies standards and guidance that support our strategic goals and regulatory responsibilities. Youll work closely with senior stakeholders HR teams across the UK and globally and subject matter experts to ensure our policies are clear compliant and user-friendly.
What Youll Be Doing
Leading policy development projects from concept to implementation
Ensuring alignment with employment legislation regulation and Bupas values
Collaborating with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to embed policies across the business
Providing expert advice and insight to support strategic decision-making
Monitoring policy effectiveness and driving continuous improvement
Supporting due diligence and risk management processes
About You
Were looking for someone with a strong HR background who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Youll bring:
Proven generalist HR experience with a focus on policy development
Up-to-date knowledge ofUK employment legislation
Experience influencing and advisingsenior stakeholders
Strong project management and organisational skills
A passion for clarity quality and user experience in policy design
CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
