Job Title:Accounts Receivable Clerk

Our private client in the building material industry is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team.

About the role:
This role will be reporting into the Accounting Manager and be responsible for the following but not limited to:
  • Cash applications
  • Monitoring outstanding customer accounts
  • Follow up calls with customers to ensure payments are being made
  • Account reconciliations
  • Resolving any customer discrepancies
  • Ad-hoc tasks as needed.

About you:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Completion of Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Finance or Accounting
  • Experience with MS Excel is a strong Asset
  • Must have experience working with accounting software
  • Must be able to work in the office
