Whats the role
As part of the UNITE Finance team this role plays a key part in supporting a dynamic change portfolio within one of our Business Divisions. Youll work alongside a team of experienced professionals ensuring robust financial control through adherence to established policies processes and standards. Your insights and advice will help business leaders make informed decisions and achieve their strategic goals all while fostering strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
Youll also work closely with the Senior Project Finance Manager to deliver high-quality financial support and business partnering across your portfolioproviding trusted advice tailored solutions and meaningful analysis that drives performance and value.
What do I need
Were seeking someone who brings both analytical strength and a collaborative mindset. To succeed in this role youll need:
- Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills particularly in a project or program environment. You bring 5 years of experience in financial management backed by a professional accounting qualification (CPA ACA CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience with month-end accounting processes and financial controls
- The ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly to a range of stakeholders
- A proactive approach to identifying risks opportunities and process improvements
- Confidence in working across teams including finance project management and technology
