Caterpillars Earthmoving division is hiring a Product Lifecycle Manager for Medium Wheel Loaders! This role carries great influence over exciting new projects for Caterpillars smart assets. If you are interested in being part of an innovative team apply today!
Role Summary: This role is accountable for ensuring competitive solutions are offered and maintained over the life of the equipment. The Lifecycle Manager works closely with Sales Execution Partners and Component Groups to develop and support services growth strategies which deliver maximum value to customers dealers and Caterpillar.
What Youll Do (Job Duties)
Champion the parts business for the product group and supporting organizations by providing aftermarket education and strategy leadership
Serve as the subject matter expert specifically responsible for the development and execution of strategic and tactical initiatives to drive services revenue growth through rebuild and repair options cost reduction machine feature upgrades inventory management to support customers needs throughout the lifecycle of the machine
Work across a matrix organization to ensure the critical aspects of the parts life cycle are managed and parts challenges are addressed at the product group level
Contribute to Parts Business Teams across the organization helping align Medium Wheel Loaders to enterprise initiatives
Work with LCM peers in other Product Groups to benchmark and establish best-in-class processes and solutions

Top Candidates Will Also Have
Broad company knowledge with multiple functional areas including New Product Introduction Continuous Product Improvement project management product engineering product support parts product background or field experience
Thorough knowledge of company products machine/components) product applications dealer network and services growth strategies

Work location: Peoria IL
Domestic relocation assistance IS available for this role
Travel: Minimal - up to 10%
This position requires 5 days per week in the office (M-F)
Summary Pay Range:
$144960.00 - $217320.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
