Job Description
This role works in the NAB Ready Together team the banks flagship sustainability program. The program aims to help Australians withstand and recover from natural disasters.
- This is a 10 month secondment position.

As the Senior Associate NAB Ready Together you will be joining the Sustainability Team who are doubling down on customer obsession.
What youll be doing
Your key accountabilities will include but not be limited to:
- Support the coordination and project management of the program ensuring good communication and reporting flows across teams and with broader governance processes
- Coordinating the banks support for customers and colleagues impacted by natural disasters including involvement in enterprise-wide engagement operational improvements and community donations
- Contribute to community partnership management across governance reporting colleague and partner engagement activities
- Review and coordinate a project plan for relevant activities
- Flexible assistance on other social impact priorities as needed
What youll bring
To succeed in this role you will bring professional experience working in a similar role ideally with experience gained across multiple sectors coupled with unwavering drive and motivation to succeed in fast paced at times ambiguous and complex environment and have:
- Tertiary qualified (Behavioural Science Engineering Commerce Sustainability Environmental Science International Development or other relevant degree)
- Professional experience in Corporate Sustainability Community Development and/or Partnerships
- Experience in the community development natural disaster and/or resilience sector preferred
- Exceptional written and oral communication and advocacy skills
- Strong ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams
- Strategic planning and execution; and measurement and evaluation skills are desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills (internal and external
- Subject matter expertise in community development responding to natural disasters and building environmental and/or community resilience
