Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support the design development and deployment of identity and access solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SailPoint IdentityIQ Okta integration and Agile methodologies. This role requires hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:-
Collaborate with architects service delivery managers and project managers to implement and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.

Design and develop custom workflows rules connectors policies and other configurations in SailPoint.

Integrate Okta single sign-on (SSO) with SailPoint and other enterprise applications.

Develop and maintain API services for access policies requests and integration with external applications.

Deliver solutions using Agile or Scrum methodologies and participate in all Agile ceremonies (standups retrospectives etc.).

Provide technical documentation support and troubleshooting for identity and access management systems.

Ensure security compliance and best practices in identity governance and access control.

6 years of experience in solution delivery utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies.

4 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint development including workflows rules connectors and policy configuration.

4 years of experience with Okta SSO integration.

Strong knowledge in developing and integrating API services for access management.

Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across business and technical teams.

2 years of experience working with Texas State Agencies or other public sector organizations.

Relevant certifications in SailPoint Okta or IAM technologies.
