What Youll Do:

As the right hand to our entrepreneur youll be instrumental in keeping everything running smoothly. Your days will be varied and exciting including:

  • Mastering the Calendar: Expertly manage a complex schedule arranging appointments meetings and travel.
  • Conquering the Inbox: Oversee email communications prioritize messages and craft professional responses.
  • Organizing Powerhouse: Establish and maintain impeccable filing systems both digital and physical for all three ventures.
  • Document Dynamo: Prepare impactful presentations detailed reports and essential documents.
  • Travel Architect: Handle all travel logistics from flights and hotels to ground transportation ensuring seamless journeys.
  • Research Guru: Dive deep into various topics compiling crucial information to support strategic decisions.
  • Financial Facilitator: Assist with expense tracking and other important financial tasks.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Anticipate needs and tackle challenges head-on ensuring efficiency and success.
  • Confidentiality Champion: Maintain the highest level of discretion regarding all business matters.

Who You Are:

Youre more than just an assistant; youre a strategic partner with a knack for anticipating needs and making things happen. Were looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative capacity.
  • Staffing or recruitment agency experience is a significant plus!
  • A proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that build rapport effortlessly.
  • Impeccable project management skills and keen attention to detail.
  • A tech-savvy mindset comfortable with new tools and platforms.
  • The drive to work independently and take initiative.
  • Fluent bilingualism in Spanish and English is an absolute must.
