We are building a team to support a single client who lives independently in their own home and requires support with personal care moving & assisting (hoist) and social support. The team will provide consistency and continuity of care to our client and support them to achieve a range of outcomes you will be a central to their daily life with the objective of enriching and improving their independence.
Shift patterns are as follows and will operate on a 4 days on / 4 days off rota.
- Mon / Wed / Fri / Sat 09:30 - 17:00
- Tue / Thu / Sun 09:30 - 15:45
Candidates must be available to work 7 days per week between 09:30-17:00 and work a minimum of 24.5 hours per week.

Qualifications :
- At least 1 years care experience..
- Compassionate and reliable with a passion for supporting people.
- Good communicator who can easily build relationships with others.
- Someone who wants to make a positive difference to the life of someone older in their local community
Additional Information :
As a Care Professional you will receive:
- Excellent rate of pay - 13.10 per hour
- 1.5x and 2x pay for public holidays
- Mileage contribution 30p per mile
- Travel contribution for non-drivers.
