What youll do:
- Support the People & Culture (HR) team with day-to-day administrative tasks ensuring efficient HR operations across multiple departments and locations.
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job adverts coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Help onboard new employees and maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Participate in organizing employee training workshops and engagement activities to foster an inclusive company culture.
- Contribute to the preparation of HR documentation reporting and compliance with relevant employment laws and company policies.
What were looking for:
- Youre a student or recent graduate in Human Resources Business Psychology or similar.
- Youre curious organized and have strong communication skills.
- Youre fluent in English and comfortable in an international environment.
- Youre proactive eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
- Previous internship experience is a plus but not required.
